There are basically two paths to obtain a green card: Employment-based and Family-based categories. All Immigrant Visas are issued for Primary Beneficiary of an Immigrant Petition and their spouses and children under 21 years of age.
Naturalization is the process by which a U.S. permanent resident becomes a U.S. citizen. To qualify for naturalization, an applicant must first meet the following eligibility requirements.
Non-immigrant visas are intended for non-US citizens coming into the US temporarily for work, vacation, business meetings, marriage, school, etc.

“Not all lawyers are equal” – I learned this the hard way. 2 years ago, I had retained a lawyer from LA area for my son’s EB-5 case. I had traveled to LA to personally interview the lawyer before hiring him. Unfortunately, the lawyer was completely incompetent and lied to me about filing the case when he didn’t. When I cried for help, the Regional Center referred me to Ms. Wilde who took over the case and filed the petition within 2 weeks of being retained.
