Sunwook An has been practicing immigration law and helping clients obtain immigrant visas for 17 years focusing on business and investment immigration matters. She represents many corporations and their employees in matters involving Labor Certification applications, Immigrant Visa Petitions/ Adjustment of Status applications, H-1B specialty occupation cases, L-1 Intracompany transfers, as well as EB-5 and E-2 investor and citizenship cases.
Sunwook An has over 17 years of EB-5 experience with 100% approvals in both I-526 and I-829 filings. Ms. An received her bachelor’s degree in English Literature from Ewha Womans University in Seoul, South Korea, and her Juris Doctorate from American University Washington College of Law in Washington, DC.
Sunwook An was chosen as Top 10 Rising Stars of EB-5 immigration attorneys in the country in 2024.
